Trick or treat?! I'm missing it! Before, we used to go around the village with baskets with us..knock the door and ask for candies.

Halloween is an annual event. Hmm..ano nga ba talaga ang sine-celebrate natin pag Halloween? Is it the saints or the souls of our loved ones who passed away? I had this verified with our supervisor! {nyak! joke!}

November 1 is for the saints daw while November 2 is for our loved ones' souls. I just wonder, bakit mas maraming taong nagpupunta sa cemetery pag NOv.1?! Whereas, dapat pala Nov.2 tayo nagpupunta dun. Hmmm..it made sense pero for me, it's not important kung kelan. Ang importante, we remember.


DID YOU KNOW? Originally, Christians observed All Saints' Day on May 13. But in the eighth century, Pope Gregory III moved it to November 1. Officially, the Church chose this new date to mark the papal dedication of a church honoring the saints. But many historians believe the Church really moved the observance to correspond with Samhain and other pagan fall festivals.


All Souls' Day, observed on November 2, is celebrated with Masses and festivities in honor of the dead. The living pray on behalf of Christians who are in purgatory, the state in the afterlife where souls are purified before proceeding to heaven. Souls in purgatory, who are members of the church just like living Christians, must suffer so that they can be purged of their sins. Through prayer and good works, living members of the church may help their departed friends and family.

SURPRISE 101: WeEkeNd MadNess!

SATURDAY morning:

It was a surprising morning. Why? Ahahah..because Pipaw came with a grand entrance. Grand entrance kasi, may panakot na kasama..hahah.."pag wala ka pa dito in 10 minutes, tatapon ko na'ng surprise ko!" Touched ako kasi may bitbit ciang malaking sunflower!!! Yehey! Kala ko naman kung saan, sa Mcdo lang pala. Natawa naman ako, demanding! HAller, wala naman kasing sign na luluwas siya eh. Malay ko ba, db? ahaha..From Pampanga, she went here for a surprise visit. In fairness, I was super surprised talaga!

Ayun, we went to Trinoma and tried something new. We went into a cubicle and did the mini-concert sa mini-videoke area ng Timezone. Funny, kasi I'm not in the mood for it. Aside from the fact na masama ang pakiramdam ko, ngongo ako at malat. Ganun pa man, di ko napigilan ang pagkanta lalo na nung nagloko 'yung machine and had given us multiple free songs available.


Afterwards, we pretended to be jobseekers. Dianne {Da-yen} and Joel were one of the representatives kasi of NCO dun sa jobfair. I had to create a pseudo name and it was "Claire." I just so feel the name that I was very attentive when somebody calls me by it.

SATURDAY afternoon:

After a little chit-chat, I went home to get myself ready for a surprise adventure. {Surprise kasi I really had no idea as to what the definite plan is} Sadly, we had a not-so-good mood before we went back to Trinoma kasi na-late ako. Buti na lang, Joel was able to break-the-ice! Konting harot, kwento at chika, OK na ulit.

SATURDAY night:

After our late lunch, we went to MOA and the plan was to try out ice-skating. Sadly, we changed our minds 'coz there were a lot of kids on the rink. So bored, we came to the point of deciding to just be kids and play sa Starcity. Hahahah..Sa hinaba-haba ng pila, natuloy din kami sa Snow World, after the famous and ever favorite "Surf Dance."

The temperature inside is negative 15 degrees celsius; we were provided with thick jackets. I was amazed by the "longest ice slide" daw in Asia na kahit sobrang ginaw, e talagang ni-try ko. It was cool! As in..really masaya!


There's this ride sa Starcity, I just don't know what it's called, super nakakatakot. It's like a roller coaster ride pero ung hanging ung pwesto. it's like nakaupo ka with your feet hanging tapos the rail is holding the topmost part of the cart. The loop is so great that you will feel butterflies in your tummy even at the look of it. We weren't able to try it out kasi binubuo pa lang siya. Sana pagbalik dun, OK na cia. Gusto ko makita 'yung reaction nung mga sasakay dun eh!

Hmmm..we used to play with a lot of games din pala. We tried to play with the "perya-like" games, mas soshal nga lang, hoping na we'll get the biggest stuffed toys around. Kaso, ito ay sadyang panaginip lamang. Panaginip...

After the long, exciting and tiring day, we decided to go home. Sa cab pa lang, plakda na ko. Pagdating sa PBB, kinatok namin si Joel. Sa sobrang antok din niya, si Tutay ang nagising. heheh..good thing bumangon siya kasi we're in the midst of thinking to go elsewhere para matulog. The next thing I know, umaga na!

SUNDAY morning:

Good morning, world! It was around 11am when we decided to eat brunch. As missed, direcho kami sa Ocho Pares. My brunch? Tocilog! Yummy..I really love tocino soaked in salted vinegar plus the egg topped with ketchup. Syempre pa, di mawawala ang red iced tea. Tapos nun, bumalik na kami sa PBB. Nauwi sa tulugan ulit ang planong pagliligpit ng mga kagamitan. Hapon na nung totoong bumangon kami. Uwian na syempre..

Hmmm..this is something na super namiss ko talaga..not just the saya factor but the tampuhan thingy. Ahahaha..pasaway to the max! naku naman...

It all started yesterday. One bahing from another, instant hawa na. Ang malala nyan, after that, mas ako na yung hatching ng hatching. Hmm..mahina resitensiya ko lately..tsk,tsk..
OA kung OA eh..

Sad kasi di nakakatuwa ung feeling. Masakit sa ulo at syempre, abala kasi teary eyed ako ngayon. Ang hapdi ng eyes ko. Pero, OK lang 'yan. Carry ko 'to. ahahah..I'm strong and I'm healthy naman eh! Back to work..

Pambawi naman, masaya ako kasi bonding moment kami ulit ni maple (ms. mey-pol) kahapon. After shift, we went to Patio for breakfast. Muka nga kaming eng orts kasi antok na antok na kami, pero carry naman. Nakauwi pa kaming matino kahit lalango lango na sa antok. Pagdating sa bahay, quiber na. Tulog kung tulog..walang pakialaman! ahahah..No wonder, di surprised si mama kasi daig pa namin ang na-rape sa itchura namin. Plakda kung plakda.

Paggising, we ate and watched Leyn's favorite TV show, KOKEY. Funny kasi we ended up sounding like Eugene Domingo with the exaggerated kapampangan accent. Pati brothers and mom ko made fun of it din. Well, ayaw man namin putulin ang katatawanan, it's almost 8 na and she had to go. Wala kasing kasama sina Tita Cors sa bahay nila kaya un..

And now...here I am, super sick...thanks kay Ms. IBM Nurse for the bioflu! Hope it'll work..

Yeah right..here I am again with a not-so-good emotional instability..I don't know..it's weird kasi I shouldn't feel this way and yet I'm feeling it real bad..hmm..am I losing you? I just hope not..are you going to leave me one day? again, I hope not..if by any chance it can't be avoided, it's fine with me. But please, don't let me be the last to know..i'm begging you..

It's time for me to let you know I am so glad that I have you through all these years, I am so thankful. Now that I've grown I'll always be thinking of you with all the things you've taught me so always remember, I'll be alright..I'll be ok..

MONDAY: Tonight is Sir Levy's night

Hmm...Levy's night nga ba o Jaja's night? Last night, I went to PBB before heading to the office. I was happy to see the housemates again. I sure did miss them! Hmm..good thing, Tutay was there and my Baby Bear too {plus Aiore and Michelle}. Well, I was a bit surprised by all the goodies Sir Levy brought home for me. Didn't really expect that it'll be for real until he handed the stuffs to me. Whew! Dami..happy to say, they were all my favorites {in fairness, mabigat sila ah! halos makuba ako eh}..

He went to Baguio kasi nitong weekend with his friends to shoot. Ibang klase sa trip no? Anlayo! Kunsabagay, kami nga ni Maple, dalawa lang kami, nadayo namin un for a day trip eh. Pano, in as much as we wanted to make the trip longer, di pwede kasi bawal leave leave. di naman kami nakapag file ahead, biglaan kasi yun eh. Sa sobrang biglaan nga, di ako prepared! nginig ako dun!..eheheh..masaya kasi atsaka we find it as a way to unwind na rin from the stressful effect of work in the Metro. The photos were facinating that I got to feel their adventure. Hindi naman sa pinapagmayabang, pero, pinagyayabang ko talaga ung gawa niya..heheh..here are my favorites {just sharing though}:

Hmmm..nga pala, thanks po sa blanket, Sir Lebs. Nadagdagan na naman ang collection ko! La lang, simula kasi nung na-experience ko yung feel nung blanket sa Baguio, I started collecting it na. Pero not so OA with my other collections though. Mejo bulky kasi pero they're nice. Super lamigin kasi ako kaya super OK un for me..super thanks agAin!

Given a chance, gusto ko rin gawin ulit un! Makabalik nga ng BAguio bukas! ching! ahahah..sana na lang makapag-leave ng mejo mahaba haba para mas masaya..

What a great day! Welcome sunrise! Hmm..buti na lang mabilis magswitch ang mood ko from one to another. hehehe..parang kagabi lang I'm so low and depressed, ngayon hyper and alive na naman. Sa sobrang pagka-sad ko, super dami kong nakain.

Plus..nabulabog ang mga sawa sa room ko kasi nalinis kong bigla..hehehe..maganda naman palang tignan pag maayos eh! Relaxing..plus, samahan pa ng soundtrip at ubos-tears moment! Oh what a relief! Syempre pa! Yun siguro ang nagagawa ng tinatawag nating "displacement."

Hmmm..ang saya din ng feeling to know you're loved and you're missed. Magandang pambungad un, in fairness! eheheh..communication really is the key no? Nasa mode na kasi ako ng pagtatantrums kahapon eh. Nadadaan naman pala sa usap eh. Haaay..my heart melted..gee! Hahahah..

Sana I'd be able to get over with what I'm feeling right now. This is not so me kasi eh. I don't want to dwell into this emotion. It's not healthy. Kung kaya at kinaya mo, dapat ako rin..

Rina has always been loved by her colleagues for her simplicity and beauty, plus the funny side behind her "kagalang-galang" look..

Even at work, we can't help but feel kids at heart, especially when we're with her. It's not visible at the first sight of her {because, people find her snob or is very sophisticated}. THURSDAY: today is Maple's Day

Last night, I had a little talk with Ate Maple. She planned to dropby her Tita Alice's place to unwind a bit. Kaso, hapon pa nya plan pumunta dun so bakante siya sa umaga. So, we decided to just go malling na lang after my shift. I was so excited 'coz it's been a while when we had our usual bonding moment. It's a known fact na kapag magkasama kami, we're totally like kids at work. Gala dito, gala doon. Foodtrip dito, foodtrip doon. We even stay for hours sa mga amusement parks to play and earn points para sa pirapirasong kendi or lapis at pambura. =)

Today was a different trip. Since may bago ng tambayan ngayon {Trinoma}, dun na kami palagi. Pero this time, we went to our original tambayan. hahaha {SM North}. Maiba naman. We tried to check out Fossil's service center para sana ipapalit ung salamin nung kanyang beloved wrist watch. Kaso, sa 5th flr. daw ng Shang un, plus OC ako kaya I don't want just an alternative for it. As much as possible, I want the original. Ganun din naman un, db? You're paying for it din naman, why not go for the original? The thing is, we have to wait for 3 to 6 months, kasi daw made to order un. Hmm..patience is a virtue naman eh! ahahaha..6 months? whoah!

After that, we ate sa BK and had our never ending chikahan. It was a lot of fun kasi we get to talk about things we missed sa isa't isa. Ahahah..sandali pa lang kaming hindi nagkita pero apaw na ung kwentuhan namin. Kulang ang burger meal ko at chicken meeal nya..in fairness, nanigas at kumunat na ang fries ko dahil sa aking kadaldalan..heheh..di ko tuloy naubos. While walang pake si ate, basta siya, kain! ahahah..peace! Good thing, naubos naman niya..

Then, we decided to stroll na. We went window shopping hanggang sa tumibok ang puso niya para sa isang pares ng sapatos. Maryosep, kamahal! Pero, OK lang. Minsan na lang naman ang luho eh. Later, she realised na parang it's way expensive for a pair of sneakers kaya mejo nagdalawang isip siya. Hanggang sa nagkayayaan na kami na mamili na talaga. Enough of window shopping, let's go, do the real thing!

Then again, we headed sa Trinoma kasi mas maraming options dun, plus the fact the wala ng stock nung jacket na gusto ko. We tried to look for a possible available stock sa Trinoma and hollah! Meron! Yehey! Kaso, nagdalawang isip din ako kasi namamahalan din ako e. Kuripot kasi talaga ko. So we just bought blouses na lang. Tsaka na siguro ung mga maluluhong kadamitan at kasapatusan kapag mayaman na kami! ahahahah..

This day out made us create our own wishlists for Christmas {sana magkatotoo}..

Dino and I texted for about 30 minutes..the conversation went round and round about having special someone in someone else's life. Again, it did not surprise me because we always discuss it naman. It's like, he's forever lonely kasi wala siyang girlfriend and ako naman, forever happy and contented with or without boyfriend.

The fact that he finds me weird, makes me feel he's weird as well. Haller!? It won't make me any less of a woman kung wala man akong boyfriend. I'm very much contented with my life. I'm very much blessed and I'm real fine..Syempre, in God's perfect time, darating din siya and ofcourse, ayaw ko naman maging ganito:

Ahahah..what made me laugh hard about e nung sinabi niyang feeling nya, low siya lately kasi wala daw nagmamahal sa kanya, malungkot daw siya kasi as a man, walang kapartner ang kanyang Adan at kelangan daw niya ng Eba! ahahah..paki ko?! tsk, tsk..

Susme! Kung un lang ang magpapakumpleto ng pagkalalaki mo, well, think again! It's not love..it's lust! Dapat alam mo kung ano ang difference nun..
